ASHFIELD LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1985 - REG 38B

Development of land known as Lot 1 DP 874550 (adjacent to Brown Street and Markham Avenue, Ashfield)

38B Development of land known as Lot 1 DP 874550 (adjacent to Brown Street and Markham Avenue, Ashfield)

(1) This clause applies to land adjacent to Brown Street and Markham Avenue, Ashfield, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “ Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 1985 (Amendment No 70) ”.
(2) Despite any other provisions of this plan, the maximum floor space ratio applying to the land to which this clause applies shall be the same maximum floor space ratio as would result under clause 17B if the land were part of the adjoining land within Zone No 3 (a) to which that clause applies.
