Development of land known as 476 Parramatta Road, Ashfield
38 Development of land known as 476 Parramatta Road, Ashfield
(1) This clause applies to land known as 476 Parramatta Road, Ashfield.
(2)
Notwithstanding any other provision of this plan, a person may, but only with
the consent of the Council, carry out development on the land to which this
clause applies for the purpose of a bulky goods salesroom or showroom.
