New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA person shall not erect a building on an allotment of land within Zone No 4 (b) unless:
(a) provision is made on the allotment for car parking spaces at the rate of either:(i) 1 parking space for every 2 employees of the occupier or proposed occupier of the allotment, or(ii) 1 parking space for every 46 square metres of gross floor area of the building,whichever results in the greater number of parking spaces being provided, and
(b) that part of the site not occupied by buildings is landscaped to the satisfaction of the council.
