Development consent required for change of building use and subdivision
10A Development consent required for change of building use and subdivision
(1) Land to which this plan applies may be subdivided, but only with
development consent.
(2) The following development must not be carried out on
land to which this plan applies without development consent: (a) change of
building use,
(b) demolition.
