Annexures accompanying forms
7 Annexures accompanying forms
(1) If the space provided for a particular purpose in a form lodged with the
Director-General is insufficient to contain all the required information in
relation to a particular item, that information must be set out in an annexure
to the form.
(2) An annexure must have an identifying mark and its pages must
be numbered consecutively.
(3) Any reference in a form to an annexure is to
be by the annexure’s identifying mark, the number of pages in it and a brief
description of its nature and contents.
(4) In this clause, a reference to an
annexure includes a reference to a document, copy of a document or other
matter accompanying, attached to or annexed to a form.
