ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES ORDERS - NOTES

Notes:

(1) The Administrative Changes Orders made under the Administrative Changes Act 1976 are on and from 13.10.1995 taken to have been made under Division 2 of Part 3A of the Public Sector Management Act 1988. See clause 35 of Schedule 7 to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 No 33.

(2) The Administrative Changes Orders made under the Public Sector Management Act 1988 are on and from 9.9.2002 taken to have been made under Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002. See clause 10 of Schedule 4 to the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 No 43.
