ZOOLOGICAL PARKS BOARD ACT 1973 - SECT 46

46 Use of certain lands for agriculture under sec 7 of Taronga Zoological Park Act 1956 continued

Despite any provision of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 or any instrument made under the Act, the Board may use any of the lands described in the Second Schedule to the Taronga Zoological Park Act 1956 for the purposes of agriculture.
