ZOOLOGICAL PARKS BOARD ACT 1973 - SECT 42

42 Dedication of Park lands

Upon the appointed day:

(a) the Park lands shall be deemed to have been dedicated as a public park under the Crown Lands Consolidation Act 1913 , and

(b) the Board shall be deemed to have been appointed as trustees of the Park lands under the Public Trusts Act 1897 .
