ZOOLOGICAL PARKS BOARD ACT 1973 - SECT 34

34 Recovery of charges etc

Any charge, fee or money due to the Board under the provisions of this Act or the regulations may be recovered as a debt or liquidated demand in a court of competent jurisdiction.
