ZOOLOGICAL PARKS BOARD ACT 1973 - SECT 32

32 Recovery of penalty

(1) Any penalty imposed by the regulations may be recovered in a summary manner before the Local Court.

(2) Where the penalty is a daily penalty it may be recovered either under a separate information or under an information for the sum of the daily penalties.
