ZOOLOGICAL PARKS BOARD ACT 1973 - SECT 12
Director of Zoological Parks Board
(1) The Minister may, in consultation with the Board, appoint a Director of
the Zoological Parks Board.
(2) The employment of the Director is subject to
Part 3.1 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 , but is not
subject to Chapter 1A of that Act.
