Delegation of Director-General’s functions

62A Delegation of Director-General’s functions

The Director-General may delegate the exercise of any function of the Director-General under this Act or the regulations (other than this power of delegation) to any of the following persons:

(a) a Deputy Director-General of the Department of Human Services,
(a1) the Chief Executive of Juvenile Justice, Department of Human Services or a Deputy Chief Executive of Juvenile Justice, Department of Human Services,
(b) any other person (or person belonging to a class of persons) prescribed by the regulations.
