YOUNG OFFENDERS ACT 1997 - SECT 54
Matters referred by courts
54 Matters referred by courts
(1) A conference convenor must refer any outcome plan agreed to at a
conference to a court, if the court referred the matter for a conference.
(2)
The court may approve the plan or, if it does not, may continue the
proceedings.
(3) A court that does not approve an outcome plan must notify
the relevant conference administrator.
