New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny order or notice required or authorised by this Act to be served on a person is sufficiently served if the order or notice (or a copy thereof) is:
(a) delivered personally to the person,
(b) delivered at, or sent by prepaid post to, the last address of the person known to the Director-General, or
(c) left with a person who is apparently:and, where it is sent by post as referred to in paragraph (b), it shall be deemed to have been served at the time it would be delivered in the ordinary course of post.(i) of or above the age of 16 years, and(ii) not a handicapped person,at the premises to which the order or notice relates,
