New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Director or another prescribed officer or temporary employee of the Department and to certify:
(a) that a licence or permit was, or was not, in force in respect of any person or premises specified in the certificate on any date, or during any period, so specified,
(b) that the matter appearing on a licence or permit described in the certificate is identical to matter set out in, or in an instrument appended to, the certificate, or
(c) that a licence or permit described in the certificate was suspended during a specified period or revoked on a specified date,is evidence of the facts so certified and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof of those facts.
