Minister may direct government agencies to co-operate
15A Minister may direct government agencies to co-operate
(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing given to a
prescribed government agency, direct the agency to comply with a request,
direction or decision of the Authority made or given under this Act.
(2) In
this section,
"prescribed government agency" means a government agency prescribed by the
regulations for the purposes of this section.
