New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe land described in the First Schedule to this Act, being the area acquired by the trustees of the Wellington Show Ground in pursuance of section three of the Act hereby repealed, together with the strip of land of an area of one acre one rood twenty-four perches and comprised in Crown Grant, Volume 1784, Folio 103, shall be held by the trustees for the use and general purposes of the Wellington Pastoral, Agricultural, and Horticultural Society, and for the purpose of a sports ground, and for such other purposes in connection with public recreation as the said trustees or their successors appointed in pursuance of the provisions of this Act may, with the approval of the Minister, sanction.
