SCHEDULE 1 – Description of original trust lands

Part 1 - Wollongong Showground

All that piece or parcel of land situated in the County of Camden Parish of Wollongong at Wollongong being:

(a) all of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 7715 Folio 133 excluding Portion 96, and

(b) Portion 95, as shown on plan catalogued C 3777.2041 in the Crown Lands Office, Sydney.

Part 2 - Brandon Park

All that piece or parcel of land situated in the County of Camden, Parishes of Woonona and Wollongong at Fairy Meadow, being the whole of the land comprising lot 304 in Deposited Plan 746634, being land that is subject to:

(a) the easement to drain water shown on Deposited Plan 746634 and more particularly described in Deposited Plan 719865,

(b) the easement for drainage shown on Deposited Plan 746634 and more particularly described in dealing number Q419162 deposited in the office of the Registrar General,

(c) the easement for sewerage purposes shown on Deposited Plan 746634 and more particularly described in dealing number K568198 deposited in the office of the Registrar General, and

(d) the easement for electrical purposes described in Deposited Plan 746634.
