WOLLONGONG SPORTSGROUND ACT 1986 - SECT 5
Members of the Trust
(1) The Trust shall consist of 7 members who shall be appointed by the
Governor.
(2) Of the members: (a) 3 shall be persons nominated by the
Minister,
(b) 2 shall be persons nominated by the Minister for Sport and
Recreation, and
(c) 2 shall be persons chosen by the Minister from a panel of
4 persons nominated by the Council of the City of Wollongong.
(3) Schedule 2
has effect with respect to the members.
