WOLLONGONG SPORTSGROUND ACT 1986 - SECT 4

4 Constitution of the Trust

(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation under the corporate name of the “Wollongong Sportsground Trust”.

(2) The Trust:

(a) shall have and may exercise the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any other Act, and

(b) shall, in the exercise of its functions, be subject to the control and direction of the Minister.

(3) The Trust cannot employ any staff.

Note: Staff may be employed under Chapter 1A of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 in the Government Service to enable the Trust to exercise its functions.
