Power of Minister to enter trust lands
29 Power of Minister to enter trust lands
(1) The Minister, or any person authorised by the Minister for the purpose,
may enter the trust lands at any time and may inspect those lands.
(2) A
person who obstructs the Minister, or a person authorised by the Minister, in
the exercise of a power under this section is guilty of an offence and liable
to a penalty not exceeding 5 penalty units.
