WOLLONGONG SPORTSGROUND ACT 1986 - SECT 25

25 Carrying out of plan of management

(1) A plan of management adopted by the Minister shall be carried out and given effect to by the Trust.

(2) Nothing in this Division or in any other provision of this Act affects the operation of the Local Government Act 1993 or the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 .
