Power to accept gifts etc of property
19 Power to accept gifts etc of property
(1) The Trust may acquire by gift, bequest or devise any property for any of
the purposes of this Act and may agree to carry out the conditions of the
gift, bequest or devise.
(2) The rule of law relating to remoteness of
vesting does not apply to any condition of a gift, bequest or devise to which
the Trust has agreed.
