Trust may authorise use of original and supplementary trust lands

15 Trust may authorise use of original and supplementary trust lands

The Trust may allow the original trust lands and the supplementary trust lands, or any part of them, to be used by such persons, clubs, associations or other bodies at such times and on such terms and conditions as the Trust thinks fit for or in connection with:

(a) any purpose for which the land is dedicated under this Act, or
(b) any other purpose approved by the Minister.
