Revocation of dedication

10 Revocation of dedication

Notwithstanding anything in this Act or the Crown Lands Consolidation Act 1913 , but subject to section 37QQ of that Act, a dedication referred to in section 7, 8, 9, 12A or 12B shall not be revoked except by an Act of Parliament.
