New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny trustee of the West Scholarship Scheme who without lawful excuse refuses to comply with a request in writing by the West Scholarships Trustees to furnish information relating to the administration of the West Scholarship Scheme or to the proceedings or accounts of the trustees of the West Scholarship Scheme shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding forty dollars.
