WASTE RECYCLING AND PROCESSING CORPORATION ACT 2001 - SECT 14
Transfer of specified assets, rights and liabilities of Waste Recycling and Processing Service
(1) The Minister with the approval of the Treasurer may, at any time before
the dissolution of the Waste Recycling and Processing Service, by order in
writing, transfer such assets, rights and liabilities of the
Waste Recycling and Processing Service as are specified or referred to in the
order to the Ministerial Holding Corporation or to any other person acting on
behalf of the State.
(2) Schedule 1 applies to a transfer under this section.
