Dissolution of Waste Recycling and Processing Service
(1) The Waste Recycling and Processing Service is dissolved.
(2) The
following Schedules have effect: (a) Schedule 1 (Transfer of assets, rights
and liabilities),
(b) Schedule 2 (Transfer of staff of
Waste Recycling and Processing Service).
