WEAPONS PROHIBITION ACT 1998 - SECT 17
Suspension of permit on making of interim apprehended violence order
(1) A permit is automatically suspended on the making of an
interim apprehended violence order against the permit holder.
(2) The permit
is suspended until the order is confirmed or revoked.
