43 Exclusion of provisions of Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act
1995
Divisions 4 and 5 of Part 3, Part 5 and section 59 (2) of the
Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995 do not apply to or in
respect of anything done under the authority of this Act.
