WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1995 - SECT 14

14 Identifying documents

Without limiting section 5, the Commissioner of Police may apply for any documents necessary:

(a) to allow a witness to establish a new identity, or

(b) otherwise to protect the witness, or

(c) to restore a former participant’s former identity.
