(2) The provisions of this
Act with respect to the advertising of an application for an approval do not
apply if the application relates to integrated development.
(3) If a consent
authority grants development consent to integrated development, either as a
consequence of having obtained the general terms of any approval proposed to
be issued by the Minister or as a consequence of the Minister having failed to
inform the consent authority as to whether or not an approval will be
granted--
(a) no person has any right to lodge an objection under this Act to
the granting of the approval, and
(b) no person has any right under this Act
to appeal to the Land and Environment Court against the granting of the
approval.
