Register of available water determinations
84 Register of available water determinations
(1) The Minister is to cause a
register to be kept of each available water determination made under
section 59.
(2) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the
form in which such a register is to be kept and the particulars that are to be
recorded in such a register.
(3) The register must be made available for
public inspection during normal business hours at such places as may be
prescribed by the regulations.
