Access to the Access Register
71J Access to the Access Register
(1) The Minister is to make the
information recorded in the Access Register available to any member of the
public at the times and in the manner and on payment of the fee (if any)
approved by the Minister.
(2) The information may be made available in
accordance with such conditions as are determined by the Minister.
(3) The
conditions may--
(a) require the payment, whether on a periodic or other
basis, of fees and charges, and
(b) restrict access to information in the
Access Register or any part of the Register.
