Amendment of management plans
42 Amendment of management plans
(1) A management plan may be amended by a subsequent management plan made in
accordance with this Part.
(2) This section does not limit the operation of
Division 9.
(3) Each management plan specified in Schedule 12 is amended as
set out in that Schedule.
(4) The amendment of a management plan by this or
any other Act does not prevent its later amendment or repeal in accordance
with this Act.
