New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA requirement of this Act that a proclamation, order or notice be published in an appropriate newspaper is taken to be a requirement that it be published:
(a) in a newspaper circulating throughout the area it affects, or
(b) in as many newspapers circulating within the various parts of that area as are necessary to ensure that it reaches all parts of the area.
