320 Efficiency review
(1) The Minister may appoint a person to investigate
and review the efficiency of a water supply authority in exercising its
functions.
(2) A water supply authority must bear the costs of an
investigation and review under this section that is requested by it.
(3) This
section does not apply to a water supply authority listed in Part 3 of
Schedule 3.
