146 Corporation must provide copy of rules to Minister
(1) A corporation
must, if required to do so by the Minister, provide the Minister with a copy
of the rules of the corporation.
: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) A
corporation must, on the request of a member and payment by the member of the
fee (if any) prescribed by the rules of the corporation, provide the member
with a copy of the rules of the corporation.
