138 Register of licences, audits and management programs
(1) The Ministerial
Corporation must maintain at its head office a register containing copies of
the following-- (a) operating licences,
(b) audit reports,
(c) applicable
management programs,
(d) recommendations of the Minister to the Governor
under this Part.
(2) The register must be made available for public
inspection during normal business hours.
(3) Any person may obtain a copy of
any information on the register on payment of the reasonable cost of providing
the copy.
