Exclusion of land from area of operations
134 Exclusion of land from area of operations
(1) The Minister may determine
an application for the exclusion of land from an irrigation corporation's area
of operations by granting or refusing the application.
(2) If the Minister
grants the application, the Minister must, by order published in the Gazette,
exclude the land from the irrigation corporation's area of operations.
