Delegation by Commissioner

8A Delegation by Commissioner

The Commissioner may delegate to:

(a) any officer of the Department, or
(b) any public or local authority,
the exercise or performance of any of the Commissioner’s powers, authorities, duties or functions, other than this power of delegation.
