WORKPLACE INJURY MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1998 - SECT 299
Revocation of interim payment direction
(1) The President can revoke an interim payment direction at any time.
(2)
When an interim payment direction is revoked, the obligation to make payments
under the direction ceases.
(3) The revocation of an
interim payment direction does not affect the requirement to make payments
before the revocation.
