WORKPLACE INJURY MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT 1998 - SECT 60A

60A Application of Division
(1) Sections 61-64 apply only in respect of an injury received before the
commencement of this section (as inserted by the Workers Compensation
Legislation Amendment Act 2001 ).
(2) Sections 65 and 66 apply only in
respect of the making of a claim before the commencement of this section (as
inserted by the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2001 ).
Note:
Chapter 7 (New claims procedures) provides for notice of injury and making of
claims in all other cases.
