WATER INDUSTRY COMPETITION ACT 2006 - SECT 46A

46A Definition

In this Division:
"entitled person" means any of the following:

(a) an owner or occupier of land affected by the exercise (or proposed exercise) of a function under Division 2 of Part 6,

(b) any other person of a class prescribed by the regulations.
