New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere any livestock health and pest authority, association, council or body entitled to make a nomination under section 3A does not forward such nomination so as to reach the Minister within the time limited by a notice forwarded to such authority, association, council or body by the Minister and requiring it to make such nomination the Minister may make such nomination which shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been made by such authority, association, council or body, as the case may be.
