New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny person who without lawful authority (the proof of which shall be on the person claiming to have the same), wilfully destroys, injures, removes, or interferes with any trap, snare, poison or thing which is used or required for the destruction of wild dogs, and which is lawfully placed upon any land for such purpose, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
