New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsCommencing in the year 1986, in each year there shall be paid from the Consolidated Fund to the Wild Dog Destruction Fund, without further appropriation than this Act:
(a) a sum, determined by the Treasurer, that does not exceed the total amount of rates collected under this Act during the preceding year, or
(b) the sum of $100,000,whichever is the greater.
