New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny expense certified by the board as having been incurred or paid by it or on its behalf upon or in relation to any land in the exercise of any of the powers conferred on the board by section 9 shall be a debt due by the owner or occupier of the said land to the board and may be recovered by the board in any court of competent jurisdiction.
