(1) Claims for compensation under this Part shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Authority.
(2) The requirements of the 1998 Act as to the giving of notice of injury or damage to property and as to the making of claims for compensation apply (subject to the regulations) to the giving of notice of injury or damage to property and the making of claims for compensation under this Part, except that notices are to be given to, and claims made on, the Authority instead of to or on the employer.
