If:
(a) a worker in receipt of weekly payments of compensation was under 21 years of age at the date of the injury,
(b) the worker reaches the age of 21 years, and
(c) the worker’s average weekly earnings are less than the weekly sum which the worker would probably have been earning on reaching 21 years of age if the worker had remained uninjured,the weekly payment of compensation shall be increased to such amount as would have been payable if the average weekly earnings had been equivalent to that weekly sum.
